Qualitaz helps construction, fit-out and manufacturing organisations identify where work is not performing as it should and puts practical improvements in place.
We look at how work is actually being delivered – on site, in production and across the teams involved – to understand what is causing delays, rework, defects, inefficiencies and unnecessary cost.

Personal Story
I have spent more than 20 years working across construction and manufacturing in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Throughout that time, I have seen the same problem repeatedly: A process may be designed one way, while the work happens differently in practice.
Processes may be documented. Procedures may be in place. Responsibilities may be defined. However, when they do not work effectively in the real working environment, problems start to appear.
As a result these can include delays, rework, recurring defects, poor coordination, inconsistent delivery and unnecessary cost.
Qualitaz was created to help organisations look at what is actually happening, understand why problems are occurring and work with their teams to put practical improvements in place
