Personal Story
Over the past 20+ years working across construction and manufacturing in the UK, Europe and the Middle East, I have focused on one consistent challenge.
The gap between how operational systems are designed and how work is actually delivered on site and within production.
Many organisations already have processes in place; however, these are often overly complex, disconnected from day-to-day operations or not consistently followed across teams. This frequently leads to inefficiencies, delays, rework and inconsistent delivery.
