Qualitaz will provide a Quality Integration Gap Analysis. This will be an audit in your factory or on the Project site/office. Following the audit, we will provide a PDF summary of the main findings. We will also chair a meeting with Company Senior Management, to discuss the observations and report findings, along with recommendations for improvements, if required.

Terms and Conditions

  • Qualitaz Gap Analysis is a complimentary service to celebrate World Quality Day and is for a limited time only. The offer expires on the 31st December  2020.
  • Gap Analysis audits are valid up to 31st January 2020.
  • All applicant companies are to receive an initial pre-screening discovery call, and acceptance shall be at the discretion of Qualitaz.
  • Gap Analysis program and availability shall be at the discretion of Qualitaz and is a reduced service from its’ paid Gap Analysis programs.
  • Qualitaz attendance shall be the location for a maximum of 2 days, at the discretion of Qualitaz.
  • Service is offered for Construction and manufacturing contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, suppliers, project management organizations only.
  • Visit shall be at either the company project site, factory or head office.
    Additional charges may apply for Factories and sites outside of Dubai / Abu Dhabi Emirates.
  • Qualitaz shall attend the location for a maximum of 2 days, which is at the discretion of Qualitaz.
  • A PDF summary of the main findings shall be provided to the company within 3 weeks of the Audit, with an allowance for a 2-hour meeting to discuss the findings with Senior Management. Gap Analysis report and management meeting will not be held at the same time/date as the Gap analysis.
  • Gap analysis shall cover the main items only that were discovered at the time of the audit in the time available. Please note that this may not be a full and comprehensive report of each and every findings or gap that may exist in the organization and which may not be evident at the time of the visit.

  • The management meeting shall be up to 2 hours at the location of the audit.
    Qualitaz Gap Analysis is available for organizations with 10 staff or more.
  • Qualitaz will supply the services, as stated above, provided that the management of the Company representatives supply all necessary information and make available staff and documentation, as and when mutually agreed.
  • It is clearly understood by both parties that the responsibility for all design, specs, products, and project deliverables and liability remains with the Client. Qualitaz will not be responsible for any liabilities resulting from the use of the information or errors, supplied to the Company.
